Filthy Candles Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times

All our candles are hand-poured in our North Devon studio.

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Busy Periods: During seasonal peaks (like Christmas), processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Note: Orders are not processed or collected on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We primarily use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries to ensure the most reliable service for our rural location.

Important: Delivery estimates are from the time of dispatch, not the time the order was placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your candles leave our studio.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout to ensure you get the fairest price.

  • Standard Shipping: Starts at £3.60

  • Express Shipping: Starts at £5.50

4. Fragile & Damaged Items

We take immense care in packaging our candles using [eco-friendly/recyclable] materials to survive the journey. However, if your order arrives damaged:

  1. Please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.

  2. Contact us at jason@filthycandles.shop within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
